Susan Boshcoff

General Manager, Animiki See Distribution

Susan is a passionate Executive/Producer/Creative with 20 years of experience in international television including the development, production, marketing and distribution of original programs for broadcast networks worldwide.

As the co-Founder/CEO of indie producer/distributor re:think Entertainment (2003-13), Susan oversaw development and co/production, as well as operations, acquisitions, international licensing and marketing. From 2014-16 she worked with Looking Glass International as VP of Acquisitions and Co-Productions, expanding the company roster and genres to include youth/competition shows and formats. In 2017 she co-Founded Moxyplanet, a digital first company that helps producers and rights holders monetize their content across online platforms.

In 2017 Susan joined Animiki See Distribution (ASD) as the General Manager, where she manages all aspects of distribution, overseeing the acquisition and licensing of programs to international broadcast clients, and marketing and business development across the ASD brand.

Susan represents ASD at the major international conferences and events, including Mipcom, MipTV, ATF, Banff, HotDocs, Realscreen and WCSFP. She has participated as a panelist and facilitated industry sessions on international distribution at markets including ImagineNative, the Whistler Film Festival, the Indigenous Film Summit and (her personal favorite) All Access.

Susan continues to work as an independent consultant. She is a member of WIFT, Glass Elevator, OSM and the amateur stand-up comedy scene in Toronto (due to Covid, currently performing live exclusively in her living room).
