Un Canadien vivant en France, Sally a travaillé des deux côtés de l'Atlantique en tant que créateur et producteur de documentaires et séries pour la télévision et le cinéma. Tout a commencé avec des héros en collants roses, alors que Sally a coproduit le film primé 'Hitman Hart: wrestling with shadows' sur le monde bizarre de catch. De dropkicks aux stars de la pop évangélique, aux dames de chat, à la «peep culture» et au courriel indésirable, Sally a produit, réalisé et monté nombreux documentaires et continue de chercher des histoires intrigantes dans des endroits surprennants (inattendues). Ses films récents incluent: 'The Messenger' (ARTE, CBC, Netflix) qui a remporté les meilleurs prix aux festivals Jackson Hole et Pariscience; 'Beauty and Ruin' (ARTE, Superchannel, Avrotros) qui a eu sa première lors de festival FIFA cette année à Montréal, et 'Cinéma dans l'oeil de Magnum' (ARTE, BBC, TVO, TCM, HBO Europe). 

 A Canadian living in France, Sally has worked both sides of the Atlantic as a creator and producer of documentary films and series for both television and the cinema. It all began with hunky heroes in pink tights, when Sally co-produced the international award winning film ‘Hitman Hart : wrestling with shadows » about the bizarre world of professional wrestling. From dropkicks to evangelical pop stars, cat ladies, ‘peep culture’ and spam, Sally has produced, directed and edited scores of documentaries since then and continues to look for intriguing stories in unusual places. Recent films include : 'The Messenger' (ARTE, CBC, Netflix) that won top prizes at both Jackson Hole and Pariscience ; 'Beauty and Ruin' (ARTE, Superchannel, Avrotros) that premiered at this year's Fifa in Montreal and 'Cinema through the Eye of Magnum Photos' (ARTE, BBC, TVO, TCM, HBO Europe). Upcoming films include ‘The Shadow of Gold’ (ARTE, TVO, SVT).
