Paul McDonald practises primarily in the areas of labour and employment law representing management.
Paul provides advice to employers on matters relating to employee discipline and termination, collective agreement administration and interpretation, human rights, employment standards and dealing with organized labour groups. He represents employers before arbitration boards, human rights tribunals, labour boards and Manitoba Courts.
