Kim Bell has played a hands-on role in the making of television over a career spanning more than forty years. A professional freelance broadcast camera operator for most of this time, he has worked on documentary, commercial and corporate projects for clients and broadcasters from across North America and around the world. While primarily a director of photography/camera operator, Kim has also directed, produced, managed and edited a long list of commercials, tv programs and new media endeavours.

Since April of 2011, Kim has held the position of Production Manager – Local Expression for Bell MTS TV. In this position Kim is responsible for interacting and engaging members of the community to participate in Bell MTS TV’s community programming service, TV1.
