Jen Doerksen is a non-binary communications professional specializing in digital marketing. With 7+ years of experience across journalism, advertising, public relations work, and media production, Jen is equipped with a comprehensive set of skills and tools for developing small businesses and their marketing strategies. As co-owner of boutique videography production company, BNB Studios, Jen works as administrator to manage finances and client relationships, brand development, and marketing, as well as working as a camera operator, director of photography, editor, and colorist. Formerly digital marketing manager at independent management and label firm, Birthday Cake Media, Jen has experience working with a team to build brands for the label and label clients, market music and live events, and strategize, release, and promote music projects. Maintaining a consistent creative vision aligned with each artists' intention is paramount to Jen's workflow through BNB and with BDC. They are now starting artist management with select clients, and play drums for fun in their free time.
