Consultant in cinema, audio-visual content and new media

Active depuis 20 ans dans le cinéma et l’audiovisuel, notamment dans les festivals et la production documentaire, Florence Girot a créé et dirigé le Fipa Industry et le Smart Fipa, le département du Fipa (Festival International de Programmes Audiovisuels) dédié aux narrations interactives.

Désormais consultante indépendante, elle collabore régulièrement ou ponctuellement pour des acteurs majeurs de l’industrie, tels que la FIAPF (Fédération Internationale des Associations de Producteurs de Films), NewImages Festival, On Screen Manitoba, Groupe Média TFO, et Québec Cinéma. 

Florence Girot has been involved for 20 years in the film and audio-visual industry, especially in festivals and film production. She founded and led Fipa Industry and Smart Fipa, the Fipa’s department dedicated to interactive storytelling.

She currently works as an independent consultant for some major industry players, such as FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Associations), NewImages Festival, On Screen Manitoba, Groupe Média TFO, and Québec Cinéma.
