Desiree joined Animiki See Digital Production in October 2010 as a Producer and the Manager of Production. She has produced several live music specials, events and series, including: Indigenous Day Live; numerous documentaries and factual series, including CSA-nominated First Contact, and 1491: The Untold Story of the Americas Before Columbus, based on the New York Times best-selling book by Charles C. Mann. Desiree has also produced two seasons of the French-language magazine series: Sans Réserve, for APTN.

Prior to working at Animiki See, she was the Manager of Programming, Central Region, developing and commissioning original programming for Aboriginal Peoples Television Network.

Desiree has held several development and production positions in the Winnipeg media community since 2002.
