PATRICK CLÉMENT

Patrick Clement works as an independent producer in the film and television industry. Patrick completed a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the Collège Universitaire de Saint-Boniface and the joint Law/M.B.A. program from the University of Western Ontario and the Richard Ivey School of Business. Patrick was called to the bar in the province of Ontario in July 2006. His experience in television started in 2005 during his articles at the law firm of Goodmans LLP in Toronto. From March to September 2006, Patrick worked as in-house legal counsel at Insight Sports Inc, which operated the television stations World Fishing Network, GolTV and Casino and Gaming Television. Upon his return to Manitoba, Patrick further developed his finance and accounting skills in the Corporate Finance group of KPMG LLP. In March 2010, Patrick joined Media RendezVous Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Affairs. In June 2011, Patrick founded a French production company called Manito Média Inc.

Patrick Clément a fondé la compagnie de production Manito Média et travaille indépendamment comme producteur. Il habite à Saint-Boniface au Manitoba avec son épouse et ses enfants. Patrick a complété sa formation académique au Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface (Baccalauréat ès sciences) ainsi qu’à l’Université de Western Ontario (Baccalauréat en droit et Maîtrise en administration des affaires). Patrick a été appelé au Barreau du Haut Canada (Ontario) en juillet 2006. Son expérience en télévision a commencé en 2005 pendant des stages au cabinet d’avocats Goodmans LLP à Toronto. De mars à août 2006, Patrick a travaillé comme conseiller juridique interne pour l’entreprise Insight Sports Inc., qui gérait les postes de télé World Fishing Network, GolTV et Casino and Gaming Television. Lors de son retour au Manitoba, Patrick a développé de fortes compétences en comptabilité et en finance pendant son emploi au cabinet de comptables KPMG LLP. En mars 2010, Patrick s’est joint à l’équipe de la maison de production MediaRendezVous Inc. comme Directeur d’affaires juridiques et financières. Patrick est très impliqué dans la communauté franco-manitobaine et siège sur plusieurs conseils d’administration.
